Cancellation policy:
- Reservation must be cancelled or modified 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- If the reservation is cancelled or modified within 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- The hotel requires 15 days after your cancellation to issue a refund.
- In case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
- Refunds are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the price.
General policy:
- The hotel requires 100% of the total amount at the time of booking.
- We love children, but since we offer a private and quiet retreat, children under 12 years old will have to wait a few years before enjoying Casona los Cedros.
- Pets are welcome.
- When bringing alcoholic beverages to the hotel, there is a charge for uncorking the bottle.
- If it is in your interest to stay longer at the hotel, please ask about late check-out availability as there is an additional charge.
- By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted the cancellation policy of Casona los Cedros.
